Martin Lewis has warned people to make an important check to ensure they don't leave their pension to their ex partner.
Speaking on the Martin Lewis Money Show on Tuesday (3 March), the finance guru explained how most private or workplace pensions sit outside of your will and it is the pension provider or the scheme’s trustees who decide where the money goes.
