Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis has warned that everyone MUST do three things by Friday this week in order to save money before the energy price cap rises.

The price cap increase - which is set to rise by a whopping 54% - will be a huge hit to household bills, with many families left wondering how they can keep costs down.
