Martin Lewis had an unexpected moment on Good Morning Britain as he started to unbutton his shirt - but it was for a 'good cause'. The money saving expert was back on the ITV news programme on Thursday (May 25).
He joined Kate Garraway at the helm after he agreed to host the show when Ofgem's energy price cap was announced so that he could help explain what it all means in real-time to viewers. But other parts of the show still carried on as normal with Martin and Kate discussing the latest news headlines.
But during one segment, Martin used his body to demonstrate 'life-saving bleed control kits' as they were joined by Carl Scott, a former gang member who experienced first-hand the dangers of knife crime after being stabbed and having his best friend die in his arms from wounds.

He is now raising awareness of how to use the kits, after his own experiences, as he hopes they will be made available in more public places across the country.
As Carl appeared on the show, alongside Dr Hilary Jones, Martin moved over towards them when he then began unbuttoning his shirt. The 51-year-old said: "Let's demonstrate how it works. Do you need a dummy? That would be me."
Carl opened the kit and he explained why and how it should be used: "If someone was to have a chest wound or a stomach wound, this would be then be implemented over the top of that wound. A lot of air could go into that wound which could then get trapped, so when you implement this on the wound itself..." he said.
Getting into a slight state of undress, Martin added: "I've never unbuttoned my shirt on television before, but there we go there's a first time for everything. It's for a good cause." After unbuttoning his top two buttons, he said: "That's all I'm doing," which gave Carl, who has himself been stabbed three times, enough space to demonstrate how the bleed kit could be applied.
