Martin Lewis says we should take a photo in our homes today to reduce energy bills

Money Saving Expert Martin Lewis is urging everyone to take the same picture in their home today. With energy price caps set to rise tomorrow, the finance journalist has told anyone who has a normal or pre-payment meter to take a photograph of it before midnight.

He says that it's crucial to submit a meter reading before April 1 if you want to make sure energy providers don't charge you the new rates for electricity you used before they came into place.
