Martin Lewis has responded to Good Morning Britain's viewers' requests for him to be made a permanent host on the show.

The Money Saving Expert stood in for Richard Madeley on the ITV breakfast show this week, alongside Susanna Reid, and following on from his hosting duties, fans of the show want to see Martin anchor the programme more often.

Martin impressed viewers with his interviewing of Health Secretary Sajid Javid yesterday, as well as his approach to the cost of living crisis, supporting people struggling with the rise in energy costs.
