The Money Saving Expert founder Martin Lewis has issued a warning to everyone paying a mortgage.
As the cost of living crisis continues, and prices rise, the financial guru has warned that mortgage rates are set to rise this year. He is urging everyone to check if there's a better deal out there if you aren't already locked onto a decent rate.
As the Mirror reports, there were more than 50 mortgage deals below 1 per cent in October 2021, and the cheapest fix was 0.84 per cent.
