Air passengers could save hundreds of pounds a week thanks to a handy travel trip courtesy of Money Saving Expert's Martin Lewis. The penny pinching pro turned his attention towards costly airport car parks on his show Martin Lewis Money Show live.
The financial guru explained how you could save hundreds of pounds by booking a parking space ahead of departure, reports the Mirror. Martin highlighted Manchester Airport as an example of a travel hub where passengers are paying over the odds.
He said that holidaymakers face up to an eye-watering £400 a week. Motorists who book in advance only have to splash out £130 for the same length holiday, meaning a saving of £270 for the week.
