It was an emotional morning for Money Saving Expert founder Martin Lewis today, Monday, March 21. Standing in for Richard Madeley to host ITV's Good Morning Britain alongside Susanna Reid, the financial guru came close to tears after watching an update on the young girl who went viral singing in a Ukrainian bunker.
The presenters were giving an update on Amelia, the girl who captured everyone's hearts earlier this month when a clip of her singing the Disney Frozen track 'Let it Go' while seeking refuge in a bomb shelter was shared online.
The youngster was trying to stay safe while also lifting the spirits of her fellow Ukrainians in a Kyiv bomb shelter, reported Manchester Evening News. She is now in Poland with her grandmother and siblings after fleeing her homeland as Russia's invasion of the country continues.
