"No further treatment needed after my surgery, just regular scans!"
She added: "This man is the kindest, most genuine person on the planet, without him I dunno where I'd be.
"So much to look forward to! I'm back!"
The picture showered the couple looking lovingly into one another's eyes as Jenny sported a gorgeous blue floral dress, paired with a bold red shoe, with Martin looking smart in a light blue shirt, beige trousers and brown shoes.
Jenny has been very open with her health journey, having previously had a brain tumour removed successfully in 2011.
However, late last year, she confirmed the news that after returning to hospital for a scan, doctors discovered that the tumour had returned.
Speaking on the Six O'Clock show, Martin opened up about his wife's health saying things were different this time around as Jenny was suffering from more severe symptoms in her recovery.
He said: "Three weeks after surgery, last time around we were enjoying morning coffees and short walks, but this time around it's different," he said.
"She has severe debilitating headaches."
But thankfully, things are looking up for the couple as they shared more good news last week after welcoming their third grandchild into the family.
Sharing a sweet snap of the new baby granddaughter, Mia, the pair were clearly delighted for their son Dean and his partner Alison.
Jenny captioned the adorable picture: "Welcome to the world our adorable little princess. Mia arrived today 3 weeks early and has completely melted our hearts already.
"Her big brother Aaron can't wait for the cuddles with his new little sister and to our son Dean and his soon to be wife Alison, you are amazing for giving us this little beauty to call our granddaughter."
She added: "I already have my camera at the ready."
