An international electronic music producer wearing a white bucket for his head, Marshmello is now performing on a beverage can.
Coca-Cola recently unveiled the world-renowned artist's limited edition can. It does not taste like marshmallow though. It is a combination of watermelon and strawberry with its original taste and brown colour in an artistic collectible can. It is in stock because upon hearing news, I came across it in a local convenience store.
"It was great to collaborate with Coca-Cola on this limited-edition drop. We created a vibey blend of my favourite flavours in this all-new mix. I think it tastes amazing and I hope fans love it too," said Marshmello in a press release.
A cartoon version of the Grammy-nominated artist appears on a black and white slender can of 325ml, physically standing out from other beverages. By scanning the QR code, fans will be let into the online platform where they can create digital art and listen to Marshmello's latest track.
Coca-Cola earlier launched the first limited edition, Starshine, which drew inspiration from space travel.
"Music -- just like Coca-Cola -- has such an amazing power in connecting communities and creating opportunities for shared experiences," said Richa Singh, marketing director of Coca-Cola Thailand.
The collectable can in black and white "pays homage to the artist's signature aesthetic" and handwritten script. It is available in convenience stores and e-commerce channels throughout this month.
