Michigan State football has hosted a ton of visitors from the transfer portal, looking to rebuild their roster in a multitude of ways heading into the 2025 campaign. The Spartans are open to adding any position on the roster.
A position that is not totally of need, but definitely open to the Spartans staff is linebacker, and the Spartans are set to host one of the top linebackers in the portal.
Jaden Yates, a Columbus (OH) native that has spent two years at Marshall, is set to visit MSU after visits to Ole Miss and TCU.
In 2024, Yates had a monster year for the Thundering Herd, securing 120 tackles, 8 tackles for loss and 0.5 sacks. He will most likely be coming on Dec. 20.
