Married at First Sight UK star Adam Aveling and Tayah Victoria have revealed they're expecting their first child. It is almost a year since the pair were thrown together at the alter on the E4 reality series.
Fans of the show watched the complete strangers hit it off almost instantly on their wedding day after never meeting before saying 'I do' in front of a small number of family and friends - and a television crew.
Revealing the happy news, Tayah told OK! : "We’re so excited. And the thing is we weren’t even trying! It just happened. I can’t believe it. We’re obviously just very fertile."

Following their time on the marriage experimental programme, Tayah and Adam were one of a few couples still standing and in emotional scenes Adam proposed for real during their final vow renewal. The pair were planning to tie the knot later this year, the same date that both their parents married due to the one seen on the show not being legally binding.
But with their little one due just five days later, the couple have decided to push their nuptials back by a year. "We’ve pushed it back to next year. We were going to get married on the date that both our parents got married so we were going to keep that tradition going, but now the baby is due around then so that can’t happen," Adam told the publication.
"Otherwise Tayah would probably be going into labour walking down the aisle and be in the hospital in a wedding dress!"
And the excitement of being pregnant has also come with some nerves for the mum-to-be as Tayah, 26, sadly suffered a miscarriage in a previous relationship. "It was a mixture of nerves and excitement," she said of finding out she was pregnant. "It’s definitely nerve-wracking and you have an anxious feeling when you find out you’re pregnant again after a miscarriage and you’re going through those emotions.
"Before, I wasn’t in the circumstances that I am with Adam. I know I would be very much supported if that happened, whereas before I was just going through that on my own in Australia, so I know it would be completely different if I did go through that with Adam. I just had to get myself in the mindset that whatever is going to happen will happen and that’s helped me."
Adam and Tayah are now looking forward to their baby boy or girl being part of their big day - as well as another, four-legged member of the family. "I really want River to be a part of the day," Adam said of the pair's adorable pet pooch. "She’s properly a part of us, we’ve had her for longer than we were on our own. We picked her up the week we finished filming."
