The summer of dating and romance shows continues as Married At First Sight is back. The popular reality show on E4 sees two people who have never met each other before "marrying" each other.
Relationship experts Mel Schilling, Paul C. Brunson, and Charlene Douglas will be returning to the show to help guide and match up the couples. Last year the contestants did not legally marry each other but had a commitment ceremony instead, with all the frills and normalities of a real wedding.
This will remain the same for 2022 and throughout the series, the couples will have to decide if to stay together during commitment ceremonies throughout the process.

Airing on E4, Married At First Sight will be back on Monday, August 29. There has been no air time released yet - in 2021 the show aired at 9pm. The 2021 cast has already enjoyed a sneak preview of the new series and promise that viewers are in store for a very exciting and dramatic series.
The cast has also been announced for the new series as viewers get to meet the hopeful brides and grooms. This new line-up promises to bring lots of drama as they search for true love. You can read the full Married At First Sight line-up here.
After their honeymoons, the new couples will live together in the same apartment block. Dinner parties, a well-loved feature of the show, are back to bring plenty of drama. Last year a Welsh groom cheated on his bride and was involved in an explosive dinner party argument.
Some couples from the 2021 series have remained together, you can read who here, and Tayah and Adam are expecting their first child. Tayah has recently opened up about her pregnancy struggles and how she is only just letting herself get excited for the baby after she previously suffered a miscarriage.
