A furious wife claims her marriage has been left in "tatters" after her husband paid a lapdancer £80 for oral sex, it was reported.
The woman claimed the strip club was "ran like a brothel" and demanded it was shut down.
She complained: "I know it takes two, but it should not be allowed - this is one broken family because of it.
She further alleged that the Black Orchid in York was offering sex "on a plate" to its punters.
The authority took no action over her complaint, which was first discovered following a Freedom of Information request.
Last Night of Freedom, an organisation of stag and hen specialists, found it was the only licencing complaint in eight-years linked to sexual venues in the historic city.
Managing director Matt Mavir told the Daily Star: "Politicians are desperate to portray York as being awash with alcohol-fuelled groups causing chaos, but time and time again, the facts show that this is complete hyperbole."
Local Labour MP Racheal Maskell has previously claimed stags and hens have brought "devastation" to the city, while a council-backed guide has been published to try and influence the behaviour of visitors.
A previous request to North Yorkshire Police, meanwhile, revealed just seven police incidents had been linked directly to stags and hens since January 2021, with just one lap dancing bar complaint since the beginning of 2016.
The wife's complaint dates back seven years, with the Black Orchid shut for at least three years.
Earlier this month, we reported how one woman was left fuming at her boyfriend after he went out on his mate's stag do because he didn't tell her that his ex-girlfriend had been invited out with them.
The woman explained her boyfriend went out on Saturday and left her at home with their children, and only told her on Monday that two girls, including his former partner, were involved in the stag night - five days after he was first told they were invited on Thursday.
In a post on Mumsnet, the woman said: "I found out after my partner went on a stag do that two girls were [invited]... girls he knows well, in fact, one who he was with for a while when he was a lot younger - an ex.
"They're all mates from sixth form college 20 years ago. Somehow they still are all pretty 'close', in that they like to get together and 'party' quite a lot (he doesn't, but his mates do). Despite living in the same city, I've never got to know the girls. Probably partly me not really being interested, I must admit.
"I feel really angry about it … my partner wasn't going to tell me they were on it, he knew before but didn't tell me."
