Marks and Spencer has announced it will extend its price lock on over 100 food items until summer.
The retailer said it has "listened to customers" and rolled out a change across all of its food halls. The price lock will remain until summer 2023 with items such as apples, satsumas and washing-up liquid lowered in price.
M&S’ price-locked range sits alongside its existing 'Remarksable Value' range which includes 100 products, from 85p wholemeal medium sliced bread to £1.10 tuna chunks in spring water and 85p corn flakes. All items in the range are price benchmarked against competitors including Aldi.
