Mark Wright stripped to a pair of tiny briefs as he shared an insight into how he is getting ready for the upcoming London marathon.
The star who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex has been keeping his fans updated on his progress and recently completed the half marathon.
But ahead of the full event as an ambassador for Flora's Making Healthy Switches campaign, which will see him run for 26 miles, Mark has been putting himself through the paces with all kinds of treatments.
Now, the 36-year-old has been enjoying cryotherapy treatment which sees him step inside a freezing cold chamber wearing nothing but a pair of Calvin Klein briefs.
Taking to Instagram in view of his 1.8 million followers, the Essex native was seen heading to CPASE in Cheshire for what he described as "a little gym session" as well as "recovery".
The star shared a series of video clips to his Stories, with showing Mark kicking back and relaxing in the swimming pool at the lavish gym after hitting the sauna.
However, things took a drastic turn when Mark revealed it was "cryo time" before he stepped into the freezing chamber in a bid to aid any pain and help with muscle healing.
The cold treatment also helps with conditions such as arthritis as well as reduces inflammation within the body.
After putting himself through the paces, the ripped star emerged from the chamber after enduring temperatures as low as minus 129 degrees.
Being no stranger when it comes to showing off his ripped physique, Mark emerged from the treatment wearing nothing but Calvin Klein briefs as well as a pair of North Face slippers, leaving very little to the imagination as he flaunted his muscles.
Shortly after his cold temperature, Mark relaxed as he enjoyed an intense sports massage from the former massage therapist for Manchester United and the England first team.
It comes just days after Mark managed to complete the half marathon in just 1 hour and 26 minutes, admitting it was "another challenge banked!"
He proudly gushed: "Another challenge banked!! The London Half Marathon 1:36:12 happy enough with that. Running for a charity very close to my heart @je3foundation a charity I am privileged to announce I am now an ambassador for."
The Justin Edinburgh 3 (JE3) Foundation was founded in 2019 and empowers organisations, as well as people to act quickly and with sound knowledge to help an individual who is in cardiac arrest, by increasing access to defibrillators and CPR training.
This year, Mark is completing the marathon with his brother Josh, 33, mum Carol, 63, and dad Mark, 67, and they hope to cross the finish line in three hours and 30 minutes – knocking 11 minutes off his 2022 time.
