Mark Wright has responded to accusations about his relationship with Michelle Keegan as the pair ditched the UK for some quality time together. The loved-up couple, who recently celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary, have been snapped enjoying the delights of Ibiza.
But before their trip, Mark spoke out on headlines that depicted the pair "rarely" see each other and said "no one knows" what goes on behind closed doors in their marriage.
He told Daily Mail: "Do you know what, whenever there's a picture of us together people will say 'rare picture of Mark and Michelle' or 'Mark and Michelle reunite after time apart' we just don't tell everyone when we do spend quality time together.

"I could be in the house with Michelle for two weeks, but no one will know that because I'm not necessarily posting about it. We spend plenty of quality time together and we've had plenty of weekends away. We have got stuff booked up."
The former The Only Way is Essex star then insisted: "We spend quality time together just like any other relationship and I'm not just saying that... we genuinely do."
It comes after Mark, 36, gushed about his wife in another interview amid promotion for his new BBC One series, A Wright Family Holiday, which sees him travel the country with his younger brother, Josh, and dad, Mark Snr.
On why he doesn't often speak about their relationship publically, he told Spencer Matthews on his Big Fish podcast: "My wife, I don't talk about her loads just because I feel like if you bring your relationship. Obviously you got to share a little bit of your heart and your love and your wife and whatever, because people like to see it.
"It's also another way of showing affection, isn't it on Instagram, but I try and hold a little bit back but to sum it up in a paragraph she's the sweetest, nicest, kindest person you've ever met and at the same time, the opposite of boring, in being too nice."
The TV and radio star then said of his actress wife, who shot to fame after landing the role of Tina McIntyre in Coronation Street: "She's got feistiness, and she loves a party. She's just so fun. We laugh all the time. She's incredible. She’s changed me and made me happy, and she grounds me."
Meanwhile, Michelle has found her most recent social media post being flooded with a demand from fans. The former soap star took to Instagram to mark the last episode of her recent series Ten Pound Poms airing on BBC One.
Sharing a string of images with her 6.6 million followers of her in the role of Kate Thorn, she wrote in the caption: "Final episode tonight of Ten Pound Poms on bbc1 I know alot have already watched the whole series on @bbciplayer I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone’s lovely messages regarding the show I’ve read them all.
"They’re all so heartwarming esp the stories of family members you know who sailed over to sunny Australia to start a new life years ago. This was a very special job for me, thank you to everyone who’s watched and if you haven’t yet you can binge the whole series on @bbciplayer now."
