Mark Labbett has shared his jealously after his The Chase co-star has landed a mega-money deal.
Co-star Anne Hegerty announced her collaboration with Krispy Kreme on Wednesday, but her fellow Chaser Mark can't help but feel envious after her huge deal.
The 63-year-old's amazing deal comes after Krispy Kreme launched a new puzzle-based doughnut selection, based on the ongoing success of apps like Wordle.
Fans of the viral app will receive free glazed doughnuts by cracking clues on social media - and Chaser Anne will be in the middle of it all.
Taking to Twitter to share her good news, Anne wrote: "Introducing your next puzzle preoccupation - Krispy Kreme’s Kryptograms.
"Get ready for the next two weeks with some code-cracking and complimentary doughnuts courtesy of Krispy Kreme. It’s simple, crack the Krypto and claim a free Original Glazed Doughnut.”
After laying eyes on Anne' exciting tweet, it appeared as though Mark felt compelled to be honest about his jealously over her amazing new deal.
"I am so, so, so, so, so jealous right now," The Beast replied.
Despite his green-eyed envy, Mark's fans rushed to congratulate him on his incredible weight loss as they encouraged him to stay on track with his new healthy lifestyle.
The 56-year-old has shed a whopping ten-stone since the start of the pandemic.
The ITV star had been on a mission to lose weight for years after reaching 29st at his peak - but then Covid struck and it happened without him even realising.
Mark had been diagnosed with diabetes and a skin condition that meant the skin on his legs wouldn't heal properly.
Then, at the beginning of 2020, it all changed for Mark.
The Chase star tested positive for Covid and it was this that first helped him kickstart his weight loss journey.
Mark lost his sense of small and taste for two weeks which caused him to eat less than he usually would.
He has now managed to get himself down to 19st, while he stands tall at 6 foot 6.
Back in March 2021, Mark appeared on ITV's Loose Women, where he revealed how he managed to shed 10st.
At the time, he explained that it was a gradual process where he dropped 'Xs' off his size, starting at 5XL but at that point he thought he'd be shopping for XL trousers the next time.
The star explained that despite getting a huge result, it was just small changes that got him to where he is.
He described it as 'small things but important things'.
