St Mirren midfielder and match winner Mark O'Hara has taken a dig at Celtic after claiming that the Buddies' win over the league leaders was 'comfortable'.
Fresh off the back of a respectable point against Shakhtar Donetsk in midweek, Celtic were expected to make it seven wins from seven in the league as they travelled to Paisley in search of yet another three points in the Scottish Premiership. However, goals from O'Hara and Jonah Ayunga meant that Stephen Robinson's men had different ideas, with Celtic failing to threaten whatsoever.
With four wins from their last five, St Mirren are now arguably the form side in the league and they themselves sit just six points behind Ange Postecoglou's men as they bid for a top-half finish, showing that they can mix it at the right end of the table by holding their own against the reigning champions. And O'Hara has claimed that it was a 'comfortable' win against the table-topping side who had gone 364 days without a league defeat prior to the tie.

"It was comfortable actually. It's massive", O'Hara told Sky Sports. "We've worked all week on a game plan. To see it come off is brilliant. Everybody was up for it, everybody was on it. I should've scored another!"
"I think something that we pride ourselves on is being fitter and stronger than most teams this year so we can outlast them. I think we more than matched them today, so as I say I'm absolutely delighted it's came off.
"I think against Celtic they are capable of scoring at any time from anywhere so I think we needed to ensure we were on it for the full game."
The result sees Celtic relinquish their lead from five points to just two at the top of the table with Rangers having dispatched of Dundee United by two goals to one yesterday at Ibrox. With Motherwell up next at Celtic Park, Postecoglou will be looking to restore that lead knowing that a loss, coupled with a Rangers win, will see them swap places.
