Mark Noble reveals the one transfer he wants West Ham to complete on January deadline day

Mark Noble has revealed that he would like to see Jesse Lingard return to West Ham before the 11pm transfer window deadline.

West Ham have made no secret of their desire to bring Lingard back to the London Stadium but a move looks dead in the water with Manchester United unwilling to deal with a club they see as a top-four rival.

As things stand, Lingard will remain at Old Trafford with Newcastle United unable to come to a financial agreement with Manchester United over a loan for the England international.
