A reward of up to £20,000 is being offered for information into the "ruthless execution" of Mark Lovell in Newry.
Crimestoppers have put up the reward for information the charity exclusively receives that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
The 58-year-old was shot a number of times, at close range, inside his car near his home in Ardcarn Park on Thursday, December 1.
