Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has suggested Marcus Rashford should take a holiday to Las Vegas following his disappointing season.
The 24-year-old has endured a difficult campaign, having scored just five goals in 31 appearances across competitions. His form has seen him struggle to cement a place in Ralf Rangnick's team, with Jadon Sancho now ahead of him in the pecking order on his preferred left-hand side.
Having missed the start of the season following shoulder surgery, Rashford’s performances have suffered an alarming dip amid what has been a dismal season for United. With the World Cup in Qatar coming at the end of the year, Rashford’s place in Gareth Southgate’s squad is far from assured. Saha believes he can rediscover some of his best form but needs some time away in order to rest.
