Mapped: All the mental health hospitals rated inadequate

A map has revealed the areas in England where mental health hospitals have been rated as inadequate by a watchdog.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspects health and social care settings - including mental health centres and hospitals - to ensure standards, giving each a rating of outstanding, good, requires improvement or inadequate.
