Manushi Chhillar recently opened up about her idea of beauty and how the definition of beauty has evolved over the years.
In an interview with a news portal, Manushi said that for her, the idea of beauty has been ever-evolving. However, looking back at the past 25 years, the actress feels the common quality in every individual that she found beautiful was that they were extremely confident about themselves—and that’s what beauty means to her. Manushi also revealed that she has always admired people who are unapologetically themselves.
Spilling some beans on what women can do to feel more confident; Manushi said that it comes from self-care. According to her, it is important to spend time with yourself to reach a mental space where you are happy and content with who you are. Everyone should focus on accepting themselves because that’s what leads to inner confidence, Manushi told Cosmopolitan.
Manushi, who won the crown of Miss World in 2017, made her big Bollywood debut with ‘Samrat Prithviraj’. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics alike.
Recently, she was all over the news for her rumoured relationship with businessman Nikhil Kamath. The actress has, however, neither accepted nor denied the reports.
