Manhunt for serial flasher on bike terrorising lone women in Wembley parks

Police are hunting a cyclist with a distinctive green bike alleged to have flashed multiple women as they walked alone in north London parks.

Detectives have released images of a man they want to trace after a series of indecent exposures and reports of inappropriate behaviour across parks in Wembley.

The incidents, all involving lone women, happened in the early to late morning between Tuesday, June 28 and Friday, July 8.

Police said in all the incidents the man has been riding a distinctive bicycle with fluorescent green markings.

He is described as white, 5ft 8ins , and wearing dark clothes, glasses and a rucksack.

The women were flashed in Monks Park Gardens, Gibbsons Recreation Ground, Bruce Road and King Edward VII park.

DC Lewis Jelley said: “We take violence against women very seriously and I would encourage anyone who recognises the man in the images to contact us. I would also encourage anyone who witnessed the incidents to speak to us if you haven’t already.”
