Manchester United have reportedly been tracking Arsenal's Ethan Nwaneri, the youngest player to ever feature in the Premier League.
According to The Times, United have shown an interest in signing Nwaneri, alongside Manchester City and Liverpool. The Arsenal teenager became the youngest ever Premier League player when he came on as a substitute for the Gunners during their 3-0 win at Brentford.
Aged only 15 years and 181 days, the midfielder broke the record previously held by Harvey Elliott in the Premier League era, aged 16 years and 30 days - and Nwaneri is now believed to have attracted the interest of Erik ten Hag's side. The youngster isn't currently eligible for a scholarship until he turns 16 in March, meaning he has no long-term commitment to the Gunners - something which will no doubt see top clubs circle to try and snap him up before his price soars.

Elsewhere, a Spanish media report claims Ten Hag has identified Brian Brobbey as the player 'he likes the most' heading into the January transfer window.
The striker was tipped with a move to Old Trafford in the summer, but a deal failed to materialise ahead of the September 1 deadline. Brobbey revealed that Ten Hag had been in touch with him after the window closed, and the 20-year-old admitted that he would like to play for United one day.
The latest reports from Spain therefore should excite fans, as a potential January transfer could be on the horizon for the attacker who has scored three goals and provided two assists in seven league games so far this season in the Eredivisie.
