Manchester United are still in the race to sign Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, according to reports.
The Germany international is out of contract at Stamford Bridge in the summer and the recent sanctions placed on the club mean they are unable to sign or sell players. Juventus are said to have held talks with the centre-back as United, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain remain in the hunt.
Rudiger has established himself as an indispensable member of the Chelsea backline and could be one of three defenders to depart in the summer as Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen also look to be on the move. United's defensive frailties have been laid bare this season after a number of high-profile errors, with captain Harry Maguire coming in for the majority of the criticism.

German journalist Patrick Berger has reported that Bayern Munich have pulled out of the race to sign the defender.. Chelsea are still hopeful of extending Rudiger's stay at the European champions and could reignite their efforts should the sanctions ease with the emergence of a new owner.
Meanwhile, Edinson Cavani is the subject of interest from Inter Milan. Calciomercato (via Sport Witness) report that the Serie A champions are looking to bolster their attack and hope to sign the Uruguayan.
Cavani enjoyed spells in the Italian top flight with Napoli and Palermo prior to his PSG move. Calciomercato suggest that Simone Inzaghi is looking to make three additions to his strikeforce this summer.
