Manchester United have experienced a perfect return to club football since the end of the World Cup, winning in the EFL Cup against Burnley and twice in the Premier League against Nottingham Forest and Wolves.
Erik ten Hag's first task of the New Year comes against Bournemouth who currently sit in 15th. United will be happy that they will have both Lisandro Martinez and Diogo Dalot back for the fixture.
United are expected to win but there is still the potential for an upset. Bournemouth drew 1-1 with Newcastle earlier in the season and also only narrowly lost to Tottenham 3-2.

But who are the players that United and Ten Hag need to prepare for? We take a look at three below:
Kieffer Moore
With four goals so far this season, Moore is Bournemouth's joint-top scorer this season. A classic target man he will provide an aerial threat against United's backline that they will need to be wary of. This also applies to set pieces where Moore's physicality and movement could cause a number of problems.
Dominic Solanke
Despite starring at youth level with both club and country, Solanke never really made the waves he was expected to at the senior level, but at Bournemouth, he seems to have finally found his feet. He scored 29 goals in the Championship last season and was a key part of the club's promotion.
As Moore's striking partner, Solanke sits behind him in the goalscoring table by one goal but also has contributed three assists so far this season.
Phillip Billing
Strangely, Billing is joint top-scorer with Moore for Bournemouth this season. This is due to the defensive midfielder playing as a striker on a number of occasions this season.
Billing has caused problems for United in the past during his time at Huddersfield and he will be hoping he can cause problems again at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.
