Nottingham Forest are closing in on a deal to sign Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson as the Premier League giants eye a potential replacement.
Talks have been ongoing with United for the last few weeks over a loan deal for the player. Forest are keen to have an option to buy inserted into the deal but it remains unclear if that will be the case.
Henderson came up through the youth ranks at Old Trafford. After spending both the 2018/19 and 2019/20 season on loan with Sheffield United, the goalkeeper has been in and around the first team squad for the last two campaigns.
