Erik ten Hag continues to be faced with a lengthy injury list at Manchester United.
It has often been in defence where the Dutchman has been short of options, but Ten Hag is currently without a number of midfield players as Mason Mount, Casemiro and Christian Eriksen all remain out with injuries.
Luke Shaw returned in the win over Everton to provide United a much-needed boost, with Andre Onana also fit to start, but the medical department at the club still remain very busy.
Ahead of a hectic run of fixtures, here's the latest Man United injury news and potential return dates...
Rasmus Hojlund
Rasmus Hojlund missed the win over Everton due to a hamstring injury picked up earlier this month against Luton.
It is not believed to be a serious issue though, and Ten Hag's comments after the match at Goodison Park suggested Hojlund is in contention to face Galatasaray in midweek.
"It was a close finish for today but we have a couple of days now to have players back, we need them as Rashford is suspended against Galatasaray," the United boss said.
Potential return date: November 29, vs Galatasaray
Mason Mount
It has been a frustrating first campaign at Old Trafford for Mason Mount, and he is once again facing a spell on the sidelines.
The midfielder is battling a calf injury and it is feared that he could be out for up to a month, ruling him out of a reunion with Chelsea on December 6.
Potential return date: December 17, vs Liverpool
Casemiro
Casemiro was ruled out for "several weeks" after picking up a hamstring injury against Newcastle earlier this month, in what was his first appearance for the club in a month.
He had previously been contending with an ankle issue, one that he picked up while on international duty with Brazil.
Ten Hag has confirmed that he does not expect to have Casemiro available again before Christmas, making a return in early 2024 the most likely outcome.
Potential return date: January 2024
Christian Eriksen
After he pulled out of Denmark's squad for the recent international break, Man United confirmed that Christian Eriksen was set to be out for four weeks.
The 31-year-old was forced off in the first-half against Luton with a knee injury and now faces a race to return to fitness before Christmas, with United's trip to face Liverpool potentially a target.
Potential return date: December 17, vs Liverpool
Lisandro Martinez
Lisandro Martinez was watching on last week as his team-mates trained at Carrington, as he continues his recovery from a foot injury.
The defender has not played since United's defeat to Bayern Munich in September, having aggravated an issue that he picked up at the back end of last season.
As with Casemiro, Martinez will not return before Christmas, but should provide a major boost with his return in January.
Potential return date: January 2024
Antony
Antony missed out on the squad completely for the weekend win over Everton.
The Brazilian picked up a knock in training ahead of the match and was not deemed fit, but it is not a significant issue and he could be make a swift return.
Potential return date: November 29, vs Galatasaray
Jonny Evans
Jonny Evans managed just 13 minutes for Man United in their Champions League defeat to Copenhagen before he was forced off, in what was his first appearance in the competition for a decade.
It has since been confirmed that the 35-year-old picked up a thigh strain earlier this month, when it was stated he would be out for a "few weeks".
No further update has been given since, but that initial timeline would suggest he is not far away from a return.
Potential return date: December 6, vs Chelsea
Tyrell Malacia
Tyrell Malacia has not made a single appearance this season, with United vague about the exact nature of the left-back's injury.
Reports suggest that Malacia suffered a knee injury towards the end of the last season and has undergone surgery to fix the problem, with progress being made in his recovery.
The club have not provided a recent update, but it is believed Malacia could be involved again before the end of the year.
Potential return date: December 2023
Amad Diallo
Like Malacia, a knee problem has prevented Amad Diallo from being involved so far this season.
Social media posts have suggested the 21-year-old is stepping up his recovery, from Ten Hag has not suggested a return is imminent.
