Manchester United did not allow new injury setbacks to derail their soaring momentum under Michael Carrick.

The Red Devils went into Sunday’s Premier League clash with in-form Fulham at Old Trafford rocked by the news that Patrick Dorgu could be sidelined for more than two months after scoring against both Manchester City and Arsenal.
