David de Gea has returned to Manchester United training ahead of their clash with Real Betis this weekend. The Spanish goalkeeper was not named in the match day squad that lost against Cádiz in midweek, as he watched the match from the stands instead.
Any injury fears appear to have been eased, however, after the 32-year-old was pictured back in training on Thursday along with the rest of his teammates in Spain.
De Gea was seen laughing with Martin Dubravka during the group session and will be in contention to play against Real Betis this weekend.

Dubravka played the entirety of the match against Cadiz on Wednesday night, with manager Erik ten Hag stating he wanted to take the opportunity to get another look at the Slovakia international.
Speaking ahead of the match, the United manager said: “It’s a good opportunity for him to get minutes in the legs to show what he’s capable of.”
The Newcastle loanee has only made one other appearance during his time at the club, featuring in the Carabao Cup victory against Aston Villa prior to the World Cup break.
Dubravka will be hoping for another competitive outing when United face Burnley in the next round of the competition in just under two weeks, though there is no guarantee that Ten Hag will name a weakened side for the match.
