Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick believes his side will have to be in top form ahead of this Sunday's clash with Leeds United.
The Reds struck twice in the second 45 minutes on Tuesday evening, as goals from Portuguese duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes ensured a 2-0 home win against Brighton & Hove Albion.
With both teams in desperate need of three valuable points this weekend, Leeds will be looking to distinguish any lingering memories of their 5-1 defeat against United on the opening day of the season.
Reflecting on his team's performance on Tuesday, Rangnick told BBC: "[The win was] Very important after three draws.
''This was highly important and another intense game coming up against Leeds, high speed football for 95 minutes and we need to recover and be in form for Elland Road on Sunday."
Bidding to bounce back following last weekend's poor performance on Merseyside, the Whites are one again plagued by injury woes, heading into the clash.
Versatile defender Stuart Dallas looks unlikely to feature against the Red Devils, further adding to Bielsa's ongoing selection issues.

Key men Patrick Bamford and Kalvin Phillips are also still out of action following recent set backs, with the Whites once again forced to compete with limited numbers.
As for this weekend's visitors, the Reds have seen influential midfielder Paul Pogba return to the side in recent weeks, with striker Edinson Cavani however still a potential doubt.
United had drawn their last 3 games by the same scoreline [1-1] prior to Tuesday's victory against the Seagulls, having also crashed out of the FA Cup against Middlesborough via a penalty shootout defeat.
Rangnick's side will be looking to further extend their hopes of a top four finish when they visit West Yorkshire this weekend.
