Manchester United have apologised for the wrongful confiscation of banners at Old Trafford on Monday night.
Around 10,000 supporters protested against the Glazers before United played Liverpool and the march, which started at The Tollgate pub, eventually ended at Old Trafford where fans voiced their anger at the club's American owners.
The anger from the protest contributed to the atmosphere inside Old Trafford, but some anti-Glazer banners that were taken inside the ground were subject to confiscation, which the Manchester United Supporters' Trust (MUST) raised concerns about.
