Manchester United and Man City have been told the dates and kick-off times for their post-World Cup league fixtures, some of which will be shown on TV.
Fans of both clubs are always eager to watch their side on the small screen whenever they play. But domestic football will make way for the World Cup next month as the Premier League pauses from November 13 until Boxing Day.
But broadcasters have already picked which games they want to televise after the finals, which conclude on December 18. Two of United ’s winter games have been chosen to be shown.

Amazon will screen the visit of Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, December 27 at 5.30pm before BT Sport provide coverage of their trip to Wolves on New Years Eve, which is a Saturday. United’s clash at home to Bournemouth on Tuesday, January 3 has been confirmed as an 8pm kick-off.
Meanwhile, City also have two games on the box. Their away encounter with Leeds on Wednesday, December 28 has been chosen for broadcast by Amazon, while the welcome of Everton to the Etihad on New Year’s Eve has been confirmed as a 3pm kick-off.
Sky Sports has the trip to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea at 8pm on Thursday, January 5. Below is both clubs' fixture lists for the festive period up to their first game of the new year.
