A 'distressed' woman needed to be carried down six flights of stairs after two lifts broke down in Manchester Airport.
Dawn Kennedy and her husband Colin found themselves stuck on the third floor of Terminal Two when the lifts were not working.
The 60-year-old, who is in a wheelchair, was called to board to the flight Florida on December 27 for a holiday to celebrate her birthday.
