A couple say they are owed more than £1,000 after not being allowed to board their flight to Los Angeles.
Derrick and Sheila Gordon are now desperate for a refund from British Airways so they can fly out to their son's wedding. The pair were due to depart from Heathrow on December 23, 2021.
However, the couple arrived late due to their connecting flight from Manchester Airport being delayed. Despite being told by the pilot that their next flight would wait for them, they were left upset and stressed when they arrived and were told they could not board their transatlantic flight to Los Angeles.
