Newcastle United look set to be without Miguel Almiron for tonight's clash against Nottingham Forest after his international manager claimed he is injured.
Paraguay boss Guillermo Barros Schelotto was asked by reporters why the Toon Army star was not included in the squad to face Chile in a friendly later this month.
And he said that Almiron had picked up an injury in training with Newcastle yesterday, having watched a video of the incident.

It is unclear what injury top scorer Almiron has suffered, but he is expected to be out of action for three weeks.
Newcastle are expected to determine the severity of the injury in the coming days but it looks as though he will be absent from the Premier League clash against the Reds.
Newcastle will also be without Joelinton who is suspended while Anthony Gordon also has an ankle problem.
