A boorish prankster who sent his next-door neighbour a toothbrush and a tube of toothpaste to "mock" his bad breath has been ordered to pay him £250 compensation for harassment.
Steven Wright posted the items through Colin Jones' door after a bitter feud which started in 2019 when he moved next door and he has now been fined £250 for harassment.
After an argument over parking, the 37-year-old clenched his first under Mr Jones' chin and told him he could "smell his bad breath".
