A retired nurse who was diagnosed with breast cancer says the treatment drugs left him with menopause-like symptoms - including hot flushes and dizzy spells.
Mark Nock, 61, found a 'Polo-sized' lump in his chest and was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer following a mammogram and biopsy.
To treat the condition, which is rare in men, he underwent a mastectomy and was prescribed a cancer-treating drug which brought on symptoms similar to the menopause.
