Man wanted over double stabbing found dead in east London canal

A murder suspect wanted by police over a double stabbing in which a woman died and her daughter was injured has been found dead in an east London canal.

Yolanda Saldana Feliz, 53, and her 30-year-old daughter Lauris were attacked by a knifeman at a flat in Windmill Lane, Stratford, in the early hours of Sunday, October 23.
