It's not proving to be an easy summer for Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.
Having had three bids rejected for Mason Mount by Chelsea, the Dutch boss has seemingly turned his attention to other targets. As of yet though, he is yet to get a big money deal over the line.
And in the background, the prolonged takeover saga rumbles on - 217 days after the Glazer family initially revealed their intentions to sell the club. Both Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe remain in the dark over who will win the race to takeover, and fans are getting restless too.
Here is all the transfer news from the red half of Manchester…
United name price for Sancho and 12 other stars
United will demand around £45m for Jadon Sancho as part of a huge Old Trafford clearout this summer.
He has scored just 12 goals in 79 appearances since signing in 2021, and the Red Devils would be ‘open’ to selling him for a huge decrease on the original fee that took him to Old Trafford. The same could also be said of a number of other stars including Harry Maguire and Anthony Martial.
The pair were signed for £85m and £36m (£58m with potential add-ons) from Leicester and Monaco respectively, with their asking prices reportedly sitting at £40m and £25m. Donny van de Beek, Fred, Anthony Elanga, Scott McTominay, Dean Henderson, Hannibal Mejbri, Alex Telles, Brandon Williams, Eric Bailly and Zidane Iqbal are also set to head for the exit doors.

Rabiot transfer goes full circle
Boss Erik ten Hag may be feeling a sense of deja vu with his pursuit of Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot seemingly back at square one.
The Dutch boss has now turned to other alternatives after stalling in his pursuit of Chelsea star Mason Mount. United have had three bids rejected for the England star, and are seemingly unwilling to negotiate the proposal made by the London club to up their offer to £58million plus add-ons.
However, despite Ten Hag making contact with Rabiot, 12 months after his first approach, a new twist has since emerged with reports the star is set to remain with his club in Serie A. Corrieredellosport have claimed that Rabiot will sign a contract renewal with Juventus as early as Wednesday.
Fans to protest against Glazers at Old Trafford
Frustration over the prolonged takeover saga at Manchester United will come to a head on Tuesday morning with the fanbase planning a fresh protest against the Glazer family.
United supporters are planning to use a club event to voice their anger against the Glazer family, with much of the fanbase desperate to see them cut ties with the club. According to the Daily Mail, fan group The 1958 will gather outside the club's megastore to make their feelings known.
The timing of their action is anything but coincidental. Tuesday morning will see the official launch of United’s new adidas kits, which will be worn by the club in the 2023/24 campaign. It means a large number of visitors can be guaranteed to witness the scenes.
