Manchester United are running out of time to add more new faces to their squad before the end of the transfer window.
The market will close on Thursday evening, with the Red Devils still keen to add to the four arrivals that they have already secured so far this summer. The next signing could potentially be Ajax star Antony, with United close to drawing a line under the transfer saga surrounding the Brazilian having finally agreed a deal with the Eredivisie champions.
Away from that, there remains plenty of other questions to answer including on the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Martin Dubravka and much more. With that being said, take a look at the latest transfer rumours coming out of Old Trafford right now:
Rangnick advises Chelsea against Ronaldo move
Whilst a number of players have been linked with Man Utd this summer, one man who has been linked with a move away is Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo.
The former Real Madrid and Juventus star lodged a request to leave the club this summer, with Premier League rivals Chelsea credited with an interest. However, a potential move to Stamford Bridge was ruined by ex-United boss Ralf Rangnick after the Austrian reportedly advised Blues manager Thomas Tuchel not to pursue Ronaldo’s signature, as per The Daily Star.
So far, Ronaldo has seen switches to Bayern Munich, Napoli, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid all fall through over recent months and it remains to be seen if he remains as a Red Devil once the window closes.
Napoli set Osimhen price
Serie A giants Napoli are reportedly demanding £102million for the services of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen. The Red Devils have been linked with a move for the former Lille star this summer as they attempt to find a replacement for Ronaldo.
A swap deal between the two clubs was touted - Portuguese super agent Jorge Mendes reportedly attempting to mastermind a deal. However, as per The Sun, Napoli have slapped a huge asking price on Osimhen - something that could likely rule out a deal.
Aubameyang makes decision over Premier League move
One alternative to Osimhen could potentially be Barcelona star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with the Red Devils having been linked with a move for the Gabonese alongside Premier League rivals Chelsea.
However, there also appears to be a considerable problem as they attempt to seal a deal for the former Arsenal star. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Aubameyang prefers a switch to Stamford Bridge.
