Manchester United take on La Liga champions Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League clash on Wednesday evening.
United interim manager Ralf Rangnick is expected to have almost a full squad available for the last 16 clash, which takes place in the Spanish capital.
Edinson Cavani is the only major absentee due to his groin complaint.
"No, Edi will not be able to make the trip," said Rangnick on Tuesday afternoon. "He didn't train, he has not been training the last couple of weeks, so he won't be part of the group.
"He has problems with his groin and as long as he does not feel able to fully sprint, it doesn't make sense to train him and rush him back."

Tom Heaton will also miss the game with a similar injury, although the former Burnley and England goalkeeper wasn't expected to play.
David de Gea will continue between the sticks for United after an impressive revival this season, making the most saves in the Premier League (96).
Diogo Dalot is expected to return at right-back following Aaron Wan-Bissaka's questionable performance against Leeds at the weekend.
United won 4-2 at Elland Road and both of Leeds' goals came from their left flank.
Raphael Varane was left out of the starting XI for that game and, despite a good performance by Victor Lindelof, is expected to return the heart of the defence.
The Frenchman has plenty of experience playing against Atletico following his long spell at Real Madrid and also knows what it's like to win the Champions League, lifting it four times.
Skipper Harry Maguire is unlikely to be dropped after scoring against Leeds and receiving a vote of confidence from Rangnick just last week.
"He's our captain and I don't see any reason to change that," said Rangnick.
Luke Shaw is set to continue at left-back, while Fred and Scott McTominay are likely to continue their partnership in central midfield.
Paul Pogba has been in excellent form since his return from a long injury lay-off and he's set to be one of three advanced midfielders against Atletico.
The others are Bruno Fernandes and Jadon Sancho, with the latter enjoying a fine run of form under Rangnick's management.
The England international produced two assists against Leeds and has scored twice in his five appearances in all competitions this month.
"Jadon is in good shape, not only in the first half but also, in the second half, he had his good moments," said Rangnick after the win against Leeds.
"With Jadon's performances in the last couple of games, I'm very pleased. This is the Jadon we know from the German Bundesliga.
"There is still more space for improvement in him, but the way he is playing right now, it is probably the best Jadon Sancho that Man Utd has seen so far."
Last but certainly not least is Cristiano Ronaldo, who is set to lead the line.
The Portuguese icon has a tremendous record against Atletico, scoring six goals in five Champions League outings against Diego Simeone's side.
Ronaldo's consistency in domestic competitions is questionable, yet he's a man for the big occasion and is expected to thrive on Wednesday evening.
