Man to remain behind bars over record drug haul charges

A man accused of importing hundreds of kilograms of drugs that led to a record seizure by police will remain behind bars after being extradited from New Zealand.

James Edward Mason Woodley, 54, did not appear in person in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday for the first mention of his charges of possessing and supplying drugs.
