A man has suffered serious injuries after crashing into a wall.
Emergency services attended Cross Barn Lane, in Ince Blundell, at around 9.35am on Monday, June 12, after reports of a crash. At the scene, they found that a grey Volkswagen Golf had smashed into a brick wall on the road.
The driver, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital. Merseyside Police has today confirmed the man remains in hospital in a serious condition.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information to get in touch. They are particularly keen to speak with anyone who has dashcam footage from the area around the time of the incident.

Simon Duffy, a sergeant from roads policing, said: "We are particularly keen to speak with anyone who has dashcam footage of any vehicles in this area which were being driven at high speed or dangerously around the time of this incident.
"Our enquiries are ongoing into this collision. The area would have been busy at this time with traffic, so we are hoping to speak to eye witnesses or anyone who captured anything on dashcam.
