A man has been jailed for seven years after admitting his involvement in a city centre stabbing. Conner Williams, 21, was among a group of three people who shone a laser from a car park at a man as he walked home following a night out.
A fight broke out after the man and his brother confronted the group. It led to the man being stabbed three times and going into cardiac arrest.
The brother flagged down a police car, seconds after the attack. The emergency first aid was issued to the man. He was then taken to Queen's Medical Centre where he underwent emergency surgery.
