He had fled after stabbing 58-year-old Rhonda Cegelski – reported by local media to be his girlfriend – and Paula O’Connor, 53, after walking in on them having sex.
Sotka’s current bail is set at $2 million, where he is facing first-degree intentional homicide, two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and one count of criminal damage property, according to Law & Crime.
