A man is sleeping on the street as he is afraid that he will soon lose his house due to the rising cost of living.

James, who asked to change his name to protect his identity, is happy to speak about the impact the cost of living crisis is having on him.

However, the 54-year-old is quick to mention one important detail about himself: "I'm not homeless ", Manchester Evening News reports.
