Detectives investigating a serious assault at a Leeds nightclub which left the victim with a fractured jaw have released pictures of a suspect.
The alleged assault happened at around 1am at Popworld nightclub, Lower Briggate, on December 3. West Yorkshire Police (WYP) said a 25-year-old man was approached and assaulted by a man not known to him.
He suffered multiple fractures to his jaw and needed extensive surgery.

Now, WYP have released a picture of a man they want to identify. Anyone who recognises the suspect should call Leeds District CID on 101, quoting crime reference number 13220671490. Information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
